Privado is an inclusive place of thought. A culinary idea house. A place where we think beyond the normal confines of food. We rethink all elements of the dining experience from service to the plate. Privado will serve as part private event space, part fine dining restaurant and lounge. Our guests will define the experience in their terms.
On Fridays and Saturdays, guests can book exploratory tasting menus from three-time James Beard semifinalist Mike Randolph. The 12 to 15-course menus reflect chef’s creativity in a fun, exciting environment. With seating for only 16 guests, diners are immersed in the hustle of the kitchen.
Privado will be a playground for the culinary adventurers in an approachable setting without the pretense of fine dining. These dinners are an evolution of Chef Randolph’s past tasting menu experiences of Little Country Gentleman to Diversion Dinners. The bar at Privado will also be open on Friday and Saturday nights and offer additional lounge seating as well as bar stools. The Bar Privado menu features modern, Italian dishes as well as cocktails, wine and more. While walk-ins will be accepted as space allows, reservations will be recommended.
Beyond Privado’s weekend service, the space will be reserved for intimate, private gatherings, guest chef dinners and pop-up experiences.
Privado’s dinners will be available on Friday and Saturday evenings for one service to begin at 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased here on Tock for $120 (exclusive of tax and gratuity).
With a speakeasy vibe, guests will walk into a seemingly closed restaurant with chairs on the tables upfront. Sixteen diners will be led towards the back of the restaurant where they will be seated in front of the open exhibition kitchen.
Menus will hint at the dishes to come with a list of ingredients without fully disclosing a menu – have some fun and cross off the list as you’re guided through the 12 to 15-course tasting experience.Purchase Tickets

During the week, watch for pop-up experiences and guest chef dinners. We’ll be inviting some of our chef friends to cook alongside us utilizing Privado’s wood-burning fire. Heck, we might even bring back pizza for a night or two…
